Very professional, came to my house, replaced the windshield that the Greenville tech put in wrong, he let me know what was happening and what exactly was wrong with the other one and showed me what he did wrong and what the proper way looked like. This review is intended for the Safelite online scheduling system. I scheduled an appointment and received a confirmation email of the specified date and time. The Safelite representative did not arrive at the designated time and the dispatcher claims the appointment was never created. I recommend other windshield replacement service providers.
Came and replaced my glass the day it was damaged. I thought for sure they'd have to order my windshield (it has defrosters built in on my model) but they had it in stock and swapped it that day. Even worked around the wet weather we had. VERY impressed!
