Today was the second time I had to call Roto Rooter. The first was about my sewage pipes which was completed in an excellent amount of time. The techs are nice and very straight forward. Kevin tried to look for any discounts I may be able to use to help the financial burden of that fix.
I am extremely satisfied with this company. The technician, Donny, was on time, courteous and informative. He should be considered an asset to this company. He worked around my schedule and came out the same day I called. He worked in a timely manner to clear the clog from my tub and left my restroom spotless. He answered my questions and gave me a few extra tips to keep my plumbing in good repair. If I ever need a good plumber again, I'll be calling this business. I'm so grateful that I found a plumber I can trust!
Bryan was great. First, I got a call ahead of time, as promised. He was on time. He looked at 3 different issues I was having. 2 ended up being quite basic, and didn't require anything major. One was a toilet repair. He had to leave to get parts, but returned promptly and completed the repair professionally and to my satisfaction. Will definitely use again, and would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services.
