Shipping was quick. However, the flavor oils I received are not sealed in any way and I simply can not use a product in an item to sell that is not safety sealed. Just like they can't accept a return once it leaves them, I can not be sure that the item has not been tampered with. Really not happy about this.
My mom works here & it's not a place where ppl can just come in & by stuff. It's a warehouse & you have to place all orders online.
I've made several purchases from this company and I must say... Kathy is great. I had a minor issue and although at first it seemed like it could not be rectified, she went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. For this reason I will continue to shop at Rustic Escentuals, and would recommend them to anyone looking to get into the body care industry. Thank you again Kathy for going the extra mile... I appreciated it greatly!
Before I ordered, they were nice and super helpful. Then one of the soap bases I purchased from them was bad. When I explained the issues that I had with it, I was told that the product was "performing perfectly" so there were no refunds and that "do not accept returns on bath and body products". I'm glad I only made a very small initial order. I will not do any more business with them.
I was very happy and satisfied with my purchase and shipping. However, I would honestly rate this place with 4 1/2 stars. Because my purchase wasn't complete. I recieved one of my flavor oils almost halfway I would like to know why.
